Vetted agents only.
Heart2Help-certified agents are real estate professionals we know and trust — local, experienced, and committed to the program's standards. Your referral isn't handed off to a stranger.
Community giving
Refer someone who’s buying or selling a home, and we’ll connect them with one of our vetted Heart2Help agents. When the deal closes, $500 is donated to your favorite local charity — a real, tangible way to turn an ordinary transaction into support for the people doing meaningful work close to home.

How it works
Heart2Help is built to be light on the referrer. You don’t handle the agent, the transaction, or the charity coordination — I do. You just point me at someone who’s thinking about buying or selling, name the cause you want supported, and the rest happens behind the scenes.
A quick email is plenty
Send over the person's name, whether they're buying or selling, the area they're in, and the local charity you'd want the $500 to go to if it closes. That's the whole intake.
Vetted, local, no pressure
I reach out to coordinate with one of our certified Heart2Help real estate agents in their area — vetted professionals who share the program's values. The agent connects with your referral on their timeline.
Whenever the time is right
Your referral works with the agent at their own pace — could be next month, could be next year. Heart2Help doesn't pressure timelines or push transactions that aren't ready.
Once the deal closes
When the transaction closes, $500 is donated to the local charity you named — your school, food pantry, animal rescue, whatever cause matters most. Real money. Real impact.
Why it works
The program isn’t a marketing gimmick. It’s a deliberate way to channel a small portion of real-estate economics back into the communities those transactions happen in. Designed to be light, honest, and easy to participate in.

The $500 donation comes from the program — never from the referrer, the buyer, the seller, or the charity. It's funded by something that was already happening.
Whatever local cause matters most to you — a food pantry, school program, animal rescue, faith community, family-owned nonprofit. You name it; we send the check.
Have a referral?
Send me a quick email — name, area, what they’re looking at, and the charity you’d want the $500 to support if it closes. I’ll take it from there. No follow-up sales calls, no pressure on your friend.
What I’ll need
A standalone Heart2Help referral form is on the way — for now, email is the fastest path.
